Time to catch up again

So we had our 4th Buddy Walk for Cache County on Sept. 11th, 2010.

It went really well. We had it at a new park and we had food donated from Texas Roadhouse and Olive Garden which was great. We also had Creamies donated. We had Big Blue come! Which is new. And we had our first 5K. We also did a flag ceremony and moment of silence for all of the people who lost their lives in 9-11 and for all of the Military who have and are fighting for our freedom. It was alot of fun but boy am I glad it's over...lol

Big surprise I'm on the phone!

A Mother's Day I'll never forget!

I had a great Mother's Day.

The kids (And dad) made me breakfast in bed. They came in and woke me up and I hear Josh say "K what do you say" and BrynLee says so proud "Happy Thanksgiving" Then I hear Braxten say "No it's Mother's Day", BrynLee "Oh, Yea Happy Mother's Day". I said to Josh "Did you plan that?", he said "No". We all got a good laugh out of that. So after I sat up they handed me my tray and a rose in a vase and a card. As I was sitting there getting ready to eat my Hashbrowns, bacon, and muffins, oh and my pineapple/o.j. in a fancy glass. BrynLee starts telling me "your food might be a little soggy because we spilled a little bit of the water from the flower on your plate but we used a paper towel to get it off!" It was so funny because Braxten looks at her and said "BrynLee stop talking you are going to make mom lose her appetite". Let's just say I'm not going to forget this Mother's Day. Thanks Braxten and BrynLee I love you very much. I'm so proud to be able to be called your "Mom" And thanks Josh for helping them get all the water off with the paper towel...lol I'm just kidding thank you for being such a great husband and dad I love you and everything you do for us.

A couple Family Nights

About 2 weeks ago we decided to go take some pics. of the kids for Mother's Day Gifts for family home evening. After we finished with the pics. we went to Pretzel Maker for free pretzels (It was national pretzel day) The kids had a blast and we got some pretty good pictures if I do say so myself..lol

I wish Kyler would have quite running towards me so I could have gotten the top of his head...lol He is starting to be so good with his little sis.

See they like each other. (Some times)

Braxten wanted a pic. in this tree so bad and Kyler wants to do everything Braxten does...lol

I loved these pis. of my girls they are so dang cute!

Josh set the timer on the camera and I think it turned out pretty well.

I really liked this one of Braxten.

BrynLee really got into the whole posing thing...lol

And about 3 weeks ago we decided to go to Angie's and eat Ice cream for dinner. We tried to "Clean the sink" at Angie's. I think the kids thought we had lost it when we asked them if they wanted to eat Ice cream for dinner. But I think they all had a lot of fun.

UDSF Egg Hunt 2010

On Sat. April 17th we had our Egg Hunt. We had a great turn out. We had about 10 families and 2 new families to add to the family. We all love being able to get our baby fix by holding these cute little babies. Thank you to everyone that came I know my family had a great time. I love being able to talk with all of you.

Spring Break

Braxten ran his 1st 5k April 3rd. He did great he ran it in 28 min. with grandma and Karli. The poor kid when he was coming over the finish line looked like he was going to die...lol He comes up to me and said "mom my legs feel like noodles, can I go in the building and sit down?" So he went inside and after a few min. I went to go find him and there were 2 people sitting insidethat had just ran the 5K, and they asked Braxten "Did you just run the 1 mile?" Braxten looked at me and smiled and I told them "No he just ran the 5K." They looked at him in surprise "Oh so how long as he been training?" so I told them "Well the other day he asked his grandma if he could go running with her and they ran 2.7 miles so she asked him if he wanted to run the 5K with her. That's about it." After we got home Braxten rode his bike, scooter, walked around the block twice, jumped on the trap. and just played. Man I wish I had half of that energy...lol Good job Braxten we are very proud of you!

That next was Spring Break so we went to Baby Animal Days with Shelley and her family and the kids had a great time. While we were looking at th ducks the Valley Channel was there and they had the kids hold the ducks for the camera.
